We are on vacation in Orlando. On the way down from Indiana I remembered it’s time to get our tires rotated. So I stopped at Discount Tire on South Orange Blossom Trail. However, when they were done and I was leaving, we quickly realized the shifter on my truck was loose and not shifting into gear. Luckily Brandon was working and figured out what was wrong. He was able to get me on the road, but said I needed to go straight to the body shop to get the part fixed. Not being from area I asked him for a referral he trusted. He said the ONLY place he trusts to touch his and his wife’s vehicles is Ideal Service Center on West Keen St. I called and they said for me to come in to get a diagnostic check to make sure what needed to be repaired and see if they have or need to order the part(s). Being from out of town, and female, I was concerned they were going to try to sell me parts I don’t need and try to fix things that weren’t broke. Luckily Brandon at Discount Tire took a picture of the part that broke and my brother (back home) knew what part I needed and about how much it should cost, in case they tried to “pull one over on me.” I am grateful to say I showed them the picture and d

I went in to this place already beaten by the day, because my car needed a more complex repair before i can get it realigned (Tie rod replacement). The staff was able to squeeze me in that day so that I would not further damage my car or any of the fresh tires. They were able to complete the service with ease and there was a noticeable difference in the feel of my car when driving! The staff (specifically Ed) was extremely understanding and compassionate for my situation and he treated me with respect and care. This shop does not want to just make a quick buck, but really cares for your safety and for us all to walk away happy! Additionally, Ed was more than capable of educating me on info I didn’t know about cars and its relevancy to my car in the state it was in! The personability, care, and overall service of my car was top notch, and I am grateful they were recommended to me! Definitely if you need quality service for a reasonable price, this is the place to go!!

This service center is just great. My car had a complex electrical problem. They not only found the problem, but their pricing was reasonable. Ed and Ray kept me up to every step of the way. These guys were knowledgeable, very respectful and professional. They do all types of work. I have already highly recommended Ideal Auto to my friends and neighbors. No matter what the issue is they can handle it. I trust these guys as well. The are very honest and only do repairs needed. I'm so happy I found this shop they are truly the best in the area. My 1st visit. A friend recommended them. Everyone I encountered as been personable and professional with both phone and in-person contact. Price estimates were significantly more affordable than the dealership. So far-so good. I'll update review after my service appointment.

I had a great experience with Ideal Service Center today. Their team is professional, reliable, and truly trustworthy. The time management was impeccable—they handled everything efficiently without compromising on quality. My family has been bringing our cars here for over 15 years, and they have consistently delivered excellent service. It’s rare to find a place that combines expertise with such a strong commitment to customer care. Highly recommended!!!!
